I wish I could say my massage journey started right after high school, but that just is not the case my friends. It took many years & several colleges to find my calling, but after all that time, I must say, I'm more than happy to be here will with all my amazing clients!

My Story
Welcome to my massage therapy website! My passion for therapy started when someone very close to me struggled with pain & turned to pharmaceuticals to deal with their pain. I strived to find a way to help people on a more holistic level. It wasn't until I began my massage therapy schooling in 2019, that I learned how truly helpful & healing massage therapy can be. Attending New York State Institute of Massage & navigating through the challenges that the pandemic presented, I learned how to adapt my skills to work in even the most difficult environments.

I pride myself on providing a clean environment, practical knowledge & helpful recommendations to offer the best possible therapy. Through the years my technique has adapted to various medical conditions that have been presented by my clients. I pursued education in massage therapy & decided to specialize in deep tissue & medical massages. I believe in the power of massage & how it can help clients achieve optimal health & wellness.

My professional massage therapy journey started with Escential Care Spa & Wellness Center, located in Alden, New York. In a world with so many toxins & dangers, I thoroughly believe that quality natural products can make all the difference.
